How does online check in work?

We arrive tomorrow in Orlando at 2pm, will we get a message with the room number?

If you are lucky and the sun is in the correct position and the wind is out of the east and Jupiter aligns with Mars that is what will happen. Those things almost never happen when we are there and we have to go to the front desk. I think it's because we have too many magic bands on our account. It's great when it works.

We did it last year and got a text while at EP. went straight to our room no problem. Never went to the front desk at all that trip.
