How does online access work if you have 2 contracts deeded differently?

Just thinking out a situation for the future. DH and I have a contract, but there might be another purchase which is deeded differently. It will be a different resort and likely a different UY.

If a contract is deeded differently can it be listed and have access on the same online account as another contract or would a totally new user name/account need to be set up?

I'm guessing it would be a totally new membership and would require its own separate account online. Or can you manage 2 different memberships under the same online account.

As long as the names on the two contracts are the same you will be able to access through one log in.

We have an AKL Feb UY and Aulani March UY and can access both through a single log in.

We have two member numbers because we have one contract with a different UY. We can look at both contracts on the same log in at the member website. But not at the same time. If we need to use points from both, we have to call MS to have the points transferred from one UY to the other. Transferring doesn't change the resort or UY for those points, so I have to make sure I'm not trying to borrow the transferred points.

There's a link on the member website to "add new membership number". That allows you to add access to a different membership to your existing online account when there's a difference in contract names. It then gives the same drop downs to access what membership you want to use for booking etc.

They updated the system a couple years ago. You can have multiple contracts that are seeded differently and different use years under the same login. We’ve got one contract in my wife’s name and three in my name, and I can manage them all under one login.
