How does one get a fan card?

Just need to know how to get a Fan Card. I had one from my former employer, but I lost it.

Any other way to get one?

I agree! Got mine in less than a week and she was soo right about the discount! I already had a king parlor at RPR for $207 in early December ... called when I got my FAN club card and the rate dropped to $181. thanks
