(We're now staying at Caribbean Beach Resort)

Monday:
breakfast: tusker house 8am
day at AK, with a qs lunch in there somewhere
dinner: T-Rex at DTD, followed by some shopping. Want to pick up the girls a lanyard and autpgraph book for MK the next morning

Tuesday:
breakfast: crystal palace 8am
day at MK, with a qs lunch in there somewhere, followed by a much needed rest back at our hotel later in the afternoon i'm sure!
BBB at 4:30
dinner: CRT 5:30

Wednesday:
breakfast: akerhouse (sp?) 8am
day at DHS, with a qs lunch in there somewhere
dinner: 1900 park fare, with a walk along the boardwalk after, maybe, we'll see!

Thursday:
breakfast: QS at hotel, then off to MK for EMH
morning at MK
lunch: Chef Mickey's
dinner: The Plaza (later ressie time), followed by 9pm fireworks

Any of the days that we're back early from the parks, if we are at all, i plan on swimming at our resort, exploring the resort, water rentals, etc. Nothing set in stone, as I'd like some sense of vacation/relaxation time.

On Tuesday, your BBB appointment may run late so you may want to change your dinner at CRT to a little later. I guess it depends on what you are having done at BBB, but they told us it takes about an hour.
Wednesday you have breakfast early at Akershus (in Epcot), but then you are doing DHS? I would recommend the Hollywood & Vine 8am ADR to be in the DHS park before opening to have a chance of riding Toy Story without a horrible wait (either stand by or even to get a fast pass - believe me... it gets crazy.)
Other than that, it appears you picked some of the more popular places and should have a great time.

I am pretty sure the first ADR at Akershus is not until 8:30. That could really throw your day off if you are rope-drop people, especially if you are leaving Epcot to go to DHS. Maybe you could do Cape May Cafe instead? That is a character breakfast and near enough to DHS. Plus you could probably get an earlier ADR.

I think you have some great choices!

The only one I am concerned about is your 8am at Akerhaus. That is at a totally different park than where you're going for the day. Also, it's not that easy to get from Epcot to DHS (DHS isn't on the monorail...). Can you change your Akerhaus to your Epcot day? Even for lunch or dinner?

I think you will be fine eating in Epcot and then making your way over to DHS. You will have access to the Friendship boats that go from Epcot to DHS. OR it is a bearable, and lovely, walk through the international gateway and Epcot resorts. My husband and I usually walk it, but we don't have little ones.

I just think you have a lot planned. I can't eat a big breakfast, lunch, and dinner... but that is just me.

Good luck to you!

really? why does everyone think i have too much planned :confused3 I'm getting bummed. This is a really trimmed down version of what my original plan for the week looked like. All I really have is a ts breakfast in the morning, followed by time in that park after....

Yes, i know this isn't the case for wednesday, but it is for both monday and tuesday. We really want to do Akerhouse (sp?) for our two girls, but I don't want to tour EPCOT. On the map, EPCOT looks to be right beside DHS, no? We'll have our own vehicle. I don't care to be a DHS for rope drop, as I don't think we'll even be there THAT long. I only saw a couple things there I figure my girls will like.

I just don't see how breakfast then the morning/afternoon at that park is planning too much...

I think it's fine. I think you have a great line up of restaurants! 8 am ADR's with kids who get up early anyway, a break and then a dinner ADR sounds great to me. When DS was smaller that's what we would have done. He was always up at 6 am no matter what. Might as well take advantage. Now that he is 10 he likes to sleep in and DD is a late riser naturally so we do only one 8 am ADR. Our other BF ADR's are more brunch ADR's. 11 am or so. Getting to rope drop is tough enough!

Yes since you have Akershus at Epcot at 8 am (or 8:30) you might have a wait when you finally get to DHS for Toy Story but FP and hope for the best. I'm sure your girls will be more thrilled with Akershus then Toy Story. :goodvibes

You have to understand that a lot of people on the DIS are rope drop people and don't like to waste much time traveling. They like to tour, tour and tour. Which there is NOTHING wrong with that!!

How about going to DHS for RP and then going to a late breakfast ADR or early lunch ADR at Akershus??? You can take the boat over from DHS.
