How does MVMCP pin buying work?

I mean, last year when we went, it seems like you could buy the pin that was issued for that evening and any "left overs" from previous nights. Does this sound correct?

So, we're attending MVMCP on Dec 6th. What pins can we buy at that time?

We want to buy the passholder exclusive pin. I'm assuming they'll still have them available. What do you think?

We want the pins from Nov 27 & 29, Dec 1, 8, 11, 13, & 16.

We'll be in the parks until Dec 12 - would Dec 8th and 11th be available during the "general" time or can you only buy them during a MVMCP event?

Finally, what's the best way to get the pins from the other dates? Should I buy some from Dec 6th to trade for other dates? If so, how can I trade them?

I know, lots of questions. We're new to pin trading and collect just for the fun of trading, but these MVMCP pins are VERY cute and I think I could frame them and use them as a Christmas decoration.

You can buy 2 pins per wristband. On your party night they will release the pin for that night. These pins are behind the counter- ask for them. At the main store on Main street they will have any pins left over from previous parties which you can also purchase. You will not be able to purchase any pins from advance parties at all.

You can try to make a deal with someone going to a later party to trade with one from your party. Or last year on these boards a few people were nice enough to pick one up from their party and mail it to me.

They also sell a limited number of framed sets with all the pins.

keep in mind if you purchase the framed set, which is fabulous, it will not be sent to your resort nor will it be mailed home from the party. you had to carry it w/you through-out the party. now keep in mind this was the procedure the last 2 years at the party. who knows what it will be like this year! nuzmom, we will be the party on the 6th too!!

Thanks for the info. I think the framed set will be out of my price range, but I sure would like the other pins. Maybe I'll post a new thread seeing if anyone would like to work out a trade. Thanks.

yes, there are different passholder pins for each party.
