How does Mark Twain refurb impact Fantasmic?

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know how a Mark Twain refurb iimpacts Fantasmic? Will they pull the show for refurb at the same time?

We just noticed that the Twain will be down while we are there in November and wondered about the impact to Fantasmic.

The only difference I have experienced when the Mark Twain is down is the finale. When all the characters come in on the Mark Twain on the end, instead they all appear on Tom Sawyer's Island and Dance there.

I'm reviving this thread because I just thought of this when I saw that the refurb was happening. I'm sad that it's going on during our visit, that's normally one of the things I like to do-cruise around the rivers of America on the paddle wheeler ;(. Also, I love it when all the characters are on the boat at the end of Fantasmic, it's such a grande finale. I was thinking of doing the dessert pkg, but now I'm not sure..would you still do it?

We did it last weekend and while I missed the characters on the boat all the other elements were there and it was still a good show and worth doing.

It doesn't impact Fantasmic much, other than the characters being on the island instead of the boat, but I was kind of bummed that it was down for refurb during my kids' first trip to DL, because I really wanted them to get to ride it.
