I agree 100%! We have judicial commissioners issue our orders of protection (I don't handle restraining orders), and no way would something like this ever get signed!

Wow, that is incredible!! What is our justice system coming to when a judge actually issues restraining orders like this??? Very scary. This judge should be reprimanded.
