How does its work at SBP

Where does the bride come from? How far does she have to walk? How far can she be before the groom sees her?

Can someone kinda give me a run down on what it will be like?

I was lucky enough to see the beginning of a wedding at SBP on Thursday. Everyone came from the Boardwalk lobby area (or at least the general area). We saw the groom pass, a few minutes later what appeared to be the guests, then the bridesmaid and flower girl. A few minutes later we saw the bride, I assume her father, and the wedding coordinator exit. Everyone we saw walked along the boardwalk (past Flying Fish, Spoodles, Boardwalk Bakery, ESPN Club) over to SBP. The bride and escort assembled on the left "arm" of SBP (not up the middle) and she walked that way.

I imagine the groom can see the bride walking along the boardwalk if he's looking that way. I'm sure someone else knows for sure.

I'm sure someone else who has already had their wedding can give you more/better information, but that's what I saw last week. I was curious myself so I was glad to see how things happen.

Yep, that's pretty much how it went for us! The guests were seated, then the groom and his party came from the right arm of the gazebo. Then my bridesmaids were sent down one by one from the left arm, and then me. (There were people on radio everywhere making sure the timing was perfect!) He didn't see me until I was walking up the path to the main part of the gazebo. I cut behind the guests and then walked up the isle. It was lovely and a much longer entrance then normal - I felt all special!

im getting married at sbp...thats a great idea to cut behind the guests and walk up the aisle. Thats the only thing i dont like about the location...i want to walk up the isle. I thought about having two helpers carry a sheet infront of me as I walked up to the aisle! lmao!!

That's a good idea...or they could hold two beautiful umbrellas in front of you...talk about dramatic...oooh!

I am doing SBP as well. I am hoping I can have the men come from the right, the women from the left...and then I want to pull up just in the in the cinderella carriage with my dad, then have him walking me down the center.
This is my plan and my WP better agree .....
Everyway i've seen so far is beautiful regardless.

Man...I ordered mine like 2 months ago and was told the earliest it would arrive would be the end of July. WAAAH! Oh well...I can't wait to see pictures of you in yours!!

Diane~~ that stinks!! I wasn't expecting mine so soon...but was definately happy to get it. The pictures on there do no justice to the dresses...mine ended up being 100x better in person! Let me know as soon as you get yours!!!
