How does Gay Days affect crowds?

How does Gay Days affect the crowds? I try to avoid EMH and Star Wars weekends cause I hate messing with the extra crowds. Does Gay Days really affect crowds? I'm trying to plan our DW trip and trying to visit the park with the least amount of people. Any info would be greatly appreciated...

We went last year the whole week of GayDays. We left town on the Saturday that was the "Big" day at MK... so I didn't see what crowds were like that day.. but previous years.. that was the only day we noticed anything.

All the days prior to that Saturday were what I would consider 'normal' crowds for that time of year. We using TouringPlans to maximize our experience and help decide what parks on what days.. and still made use of EMH hours to great benefit on a couple of nights.

I agree with the above poster, Saturday at MK is busy...and actually Saturdays are always busy at MK. Other than that, crowds are pretty normal for the season.

I know this doesn't answer the OP's question . I always assume to get nothing done that week and then I am never unhappy how it goes. Although I'm fortunate to go more than once a year most years thats why I'm ok with doing nothing but enjoying the crowds Gay week !
