How does DFTW define "outside decor"?

We have switched our reception location from the Whitehall Patio to Sago Cay Point and I know I need to get our floral and linens from Disney since we'll be in an area that can be seen by guests.

What I'm wondering is, will they object to my using the placecard holders that I've already purchased? They're so beautiful and I really love them -- I'd hate to have to give them up. Does anyone know?

Placecard holders are not a big deal. It's floral arrangements, swagging, linens—big things like that—they're worried about.
