How does changing ressie (by applying pin, or deal) affect ADR'S?

i didn't want to hijack the fd thread with this question, but canadianguy said that if you already have a ressie and a deal comes out, you may get a new ressie #...so what would happen to the adr's you've already made?

I am already booked, 8/27-9/3, CBR with DxDP. I booked with a small world TA. I, of course, was hoping for some kind of FD (we'd pay to upgrade to DxDP, it will just work out better for us on this trip with our party and dining plans) and we are going no matter what, because this is a bday trip for DS.
If nothing comes out in the way of deals, I will at least try to use my AAA.

Anyway, I did all my 180+10 ADRs, and I am now concerned about what will happen to those if I apply a pin, or a deal to my existing ressie...or if I have to get a new ressie #... Will my ADR's disappear, or will I be able to access them with a new ressie #???

you won't get a new reservation number, we have changed this trip 3 times now and the number stays the same
so your ARD's won't be affected at all
