How does breakfast and the welcome luncheon work on the Wonder?

I just looked at a sample of the Navigator on the Castaway Club site and noticed that under breakfast it had multiple places you could eat your breakfast:
Coffee Station - Deck 9 Port Side 24hours
Danish and PAstries Deck 9 6:30-7:30am
Beach Blanket Buffet Deck 9 7:30-10:00am
Triton's Deck 3 8:00-9:30am
Parrot Cay Deck 3 8:00-11:30am

And it was the same way with lunch on the day you board:

Parrot Cay
Beach Blanket Buffet
Plutos Dog House
Pinnochios Pizzeria
Scoops Ice Cream



What is the difference in all of the choices above for breakfasts and the ones for the welcome luncheon??

Tritons and (not positive about PC for breakfast) is sit down meal where you order off a menu and are served breakfast (you sit at tables with others), BBB is a breakfast buffet the other two are just trays with some danish on them up on Deck 9.

For embarkation lunch, Parrot Cay and BBB are full buffets and the rest are just fast foods like burgers, hot dogs, etc. Scoops is ice cream/fruit.

Parrot Cay is air conditioned and BBB has indoor and outdoor seating but seating is tight and if you have to sit outside it can be very hot and humid.

We usually opt for PC for embarkation lunch...nice, cool place and plenty of seating.

Which lunch buffet is better? Parrot Cay or BBB in terms of food?

Same food both places....we just like the ambience of PC better the first day...it is more relaxed. BBB has the same food but if you don't get inside seating it can be hot, humid or windy and you are constantly holding your stuff from blowing away. Plus there is less seating at BBB.

Is the breakfast food better at any one of the places?

Tritons has less variety, but is brought by a waiter, I'd imagine its on-demand cooking. BBB has "Mickey waffles in a warmer." I'm not a fan of buffet food, so I'd give Tritons the nod, but BBB certainly has more variety.

(Same deal with lunch by the way - Tritons is sit down, not a lot of vareity, BBB and PC serve buffet lunches).
