When you call to make your reservations (and I suggest calling because the online system has issues with prepaid meals and the DDP) you will tell them you have the Dining Plan. You will still need to give a valid CC number to "hold" the reservation, but it will not be charged as long as you are booked with the dining plan.

You do need to use a CC to reserve the spot, but it will not be charged. We had no problem booking online but that was with the old booking program. That might be one to just call for.
