How does booking a dinner show while on the dining plan work?

We called the number on the dining plan brochure and requested a booking for the diner show (HoopDeeDoo). They booked us, and there are no charges, we were simply informed that this would cost us 2 credits, per person, and that we had up to 48 hours prior to the show time, to cancel without penalty.

You must call to use your dining credits, booking online doesn't let you. You still must back that ressie up with a cc number in case you're a noshow they charge the card.

1) The above comments are correct.
2) SOMETIMES.
3) In a lot of cases, your credit card IS charged ahead of time.
4) This also happends for CRT ressies while on DDP.
5) This can be an accident or the CM just punches it in.
6) You get a refund to your card later. *

* Such a refund usually occurs when you go to the show. at the discretion of the CM, you might be able to call-in and get the refund earlier.
