Hi! I'll be in the Baltimore Half as a walker on October 14. But first (and more importantly
) I'll be vacationing at WDW in mid-August.
I'll miss 3 scheduled training days while on vacation: 4 mile, 9 mile, 4 mile days.
What should I do? Just shrug it off as "oh well, I'll get back on track when I'm home." Or, should I find a way to work some dedicated training walks into my days?
BTW, the Baltimore Half will be my first ever competitive event. I'm doing it as a warm-up to the WDW Half.
