My motto is just say no to hauling stuff ! For a day at the park i am down to :
a lipstick
3 kleenex
a $20 bill
Room key
Ticket
all of which can be put in clothes pockets!
My DD carries a tiny hand cream in her pocket( we share the lipstick and lotion)
and my DH has the camera and a wallet, and 3 disposable rain ponchos in his cargo shorts
once you tour "sans stuff" you will never turn your back on the freedom !
Not only do i agree with the experienced & incredibly intelligent Judy from Boise...... since i am the DH, i wear the pants in the family.......cargo pants that is.

I never owned a pair until we went to WDW several years ago. That trip changed my fashion habits forever. Cargo pants (khaki shorts) can be used to carry:
- 2 pairs of sunglass clip ons.
- a tube of sunscreen.
- cell phone.
- digital camera.
- sometimes a water bottle (not recommended though).
- a folded up manilla folder that was used as a SIGN to get DS into the Jedi Academy.
....and they have comfortably carried all of the above.

I think 2 parental units each wearing cargo pants can avoid any type of carry bag, as long as they don't have toddlers, have less than 2.5 kids & aren't carrying in 3 submarine sandwiches or a bucket of chicken.
