How do you store your swaps?

I'm starting on Buffy's system. So far so good. I don't have mine nearly as broken down as her but maybe once I get them all semi broken down I can take the different areas and break it even farther. My DH is still amazed at how many pages it is taking but so far it looks so much better then laying in the plastic bags on my bookshelf that needs to be moved since its in what will be the babies room.

I did a quick pass at first too. Just getting Disney stuff together was a feat. I'm still sorting stuff I found in the pile of boxes in the front hall.
I put sort the stuff into photo boxes and then I resort later. But I need more binders. LOL

They do seem to take up a lot of pages but the great thing about using the different sizes is that everything is spread out in the page instead of really thick at the bottom of the big pouches. And it keeps you honest when putting stuff in the pockets. You can only put so much stuff in before they pop out.
I swear when I started sorting I found at least 5 Snow White embellies, not including the ones I used in a previous project. Every time I needed one I couldn't find it so I bought more.

Funny you should say that about Snow White embellies. I found a Jolee's Snow White sticker pack that I purchased because I didn't know that I had it already.

I guess it would take time and money to set up this system but it would probably save quite a bit of both in the end. $3.95 per sticker pack adds up after awhile.

it adds up to even more over here as they average £2.99 - nearly $6 :scared1:
