How do you store your luggage?

I just got some new luggage and I unwrapped it out of it's plastic but I left it in its box and stuck it in the garage until I need it. Should I put something in there like some cedar chips or something?

I think I would use the cedar chips if I was going to store it in the garage, just to be on the safe side.

I store mine under the bed, with some candles in them. I also put the candles in the dresser drawers. All the candles are still wrapped. This keeps it all smelling nice, but isn't overpowering.

The bonus is that the kids ignore them, so I can hide gifts in them.

I put bars of soap in mine. Sometimes the hotel size for small bags.
