How do you stop someone from harrassing you?

I had an issue two almost two years ago with our school bus driver which was resolved . Since then I have ignored him and whenever I see him I don't say anything to him. This man continues to harrass me, one time my friend and I went to the transportation office for another issue unrelated to this and this man was there , started with me again telling me that I was lucky he didn't get a restraining order against me, and he made the remark that he was telling me that infront of his boss . Again I had said not a word to this man, and everyone in the office looked shocked at the way he was acting , and so was I.
Yesterday once again this man started with me, only this time I was at the local waterpark ( he works for security there ) , I have not spoken to him one word and again he starts with me when I'm pulling out of my parking spot and starts yelling at me that I can't park there because that lot os for employees only, and that he will have my vehicle towed if I do, then drives off before I can say anything.
I went to the office to figure out what the heck is going on because that has been regular parking for years, employees have directed us to park there and there's absolutely no indication or sign that is employees parking only. He came storming in right behind me , and when I explained what happened they told me that I CAN park there if there are spots, he storms out again yelling that nobody tells him anything.
How do I stop this man from harrassing me? Even my friend who knows what went on from day one because she was there when he did it , says that he's got it in for me and he's looking at any chance he gets to start trouble.
Any suggestions?

I would get a restraining order against him.

I'm afraid that someone one day is going to do something like that to him ( if they haven't yet ) but not because of me, but because he has been having problems with other people too and a heck of a lot worse than mine too.
I don't want to get a restraining order , all he has to do is to leave me the heck alone, if he doesn't like me I can with that , he doesn't have to like me, but he can leave me alone.

You are doing the right thing by not saying anything to him. It would just make him more upset.

I would follow what we3 said. get a restraining order.

I will say prayers and send pd that he leaves you alone.

Unfortunately, sometimes the only way to get someone to leave you alone is to get a restraining order.
