How do you split MK into 2 days?

Last July me and DBF took our first DW vacation together! It was magical and we have already started planning our return! We have decided that we would like to have 2 full MK days as last time we had to skip a lot due to only having one day. We are rope droppers who like to tour pretty commando in the morning and take it a bit easier in the afternoon. We also love having one table service meal each day (it just provides us a nice relaxing break). We are both 24 and don't like leaving the magic for mid-day breaks. With all this considered how would break MK into 2 days?

For us, right now I have 2 full MK days planned. The first day we are focusing on Fantasyland and Tomorrowland, and the second day we'll focus on Adventureland, Frontierland, and Liberty Square. I have the afternoon parade on schedule for one of the days, but not the other. I have the fireworks on schedule for both days because we LOVE our fireworks. One of them however is doing the Wishes Dessert Party.

We like to make sure we have enough time to really look at everything, not just run from ride to ride. We stop and smell the roses, we take pictures and meet characters when they pop up. And we also like to duck into all of the cute little shops along the way. We find our schedule is really full for both park days especially when you include one table service meal per day and figuring in a bit of wait times for parades and fireworks, etc.
