Nearly all the rooms on I Drive seem to have 2 double/king beds. Naturally I wouldn't expect my teenage daughter & son to share a bed, so the only alternative is for DD & I to share, and for DS to share with DH. There is no way my DH would ever go for this, and I just wonder how do people get around this problem - am I just looking at the wrong places?
Well, he works very hard all year, and I think it's only fair he should be able to sleep comfortably while on holidays, and happily I seem to be the only one he can sleep comfortably with!Originally posted by jfulcer
I'm not sure why your DH, in the interests of having to pack an inflatable bed/someone sleeping on the floor couldn't sleep with DS for the duration of the vacation. I really don't mean to be rude, it just seems silly to me. Flame away!
Thanks, we actually stayed in Homewood Suites and thought it was lovely, didn't realise you could get rooms with 2 beds.Originally posted by Heymickey Go for a room with two beds and a sofa that folds out into a bed. Homewood Suites is a good one to try.

He he he.. This brought back memories...The last time we went on a family vacation was in 1994, when I was 18 and Michael was 15. I slept with mom and he slept with dad.
I found it it is the Holiday Inn Main Gate east and they are called kids suites it says 69.00 a night but I guess that would depend on what time of the year you are planning on coming.Originally posted by chyam
For the life of me I cannot find it so perhaps someone on here will refresh my memory, I know that I have seen an ad on this site for kid friendly rooms, showing a queen bed and then a separate area with 2 twins...........I think it was for a Holiday Inn. You may also want to check out the forum on here called Orlando hotels and accomadations. I am sure you will find something quite acceptable. And I can understand how when you go on vacation you would like to sleep with your husband!
