How do you retrieve a reservation booked online?

I booked a stay at RPR online for my sister and when she got the confirmation, she said that it said "1 adult". How can I retrieve the confirmation online to change it? I know that I can call, but I also know that sometimes the customer service reps don't want to, or can't do anything about online ressies. When I log onto Loews or UniversalOrlando websites, there is no place to "retrieve" a reservation. Any suggestions?

is how you can look at your reservation online. But you will have to call to make changes. This isnt a big deal, just remember to write down the date and time you called as well as the person you spoke with. And request a email with the corrected information/ rate on it!
