How do you reload a Disney Gift Card?

We don't have a Disney store convenient to us - if I buy a gift card online, can I reload it online until our trip? I'm kind of confused as to how this works.

You may be able to call and add money on it.

I add $$ to my DGCs by calling DelivEARS ~800-362-4533 *you give the CM your credit/debit card info and they mail you the receipt. Last time I did this *a couple months ago* the $$ was on the GC the next day.

I've done it a few times via the phone, like DisneyMomma. The last time, though, I tried adding to it with dh's credit card (he was at work) and they wouldn't let me do it since it wasn't my name on the credit card and he wasn't available to ok it over the phone. Understandable, but kind of a hassle so I just ordered a new one online with his cc and nobody cared (except maybe dh)

DelivEARS is the Disneyland Resort Merchandise Guest Services/Mail Order office.

They handle inquiries regarding Merchandise Offerings at the Disneyland Resort in California, as well as mail order requests.
