Ha! Gottcha to look!

Ok, first time scrapper here. So bear with me.

I am working on a 12 X 12 Disney trip book.

Want to put some titles on pages and such, but how do you guys put those fonts on? I am trying to cut cost somewhat....thought about stickers, but I thought this would be to costly. Thought about cutting them from my computer, like making my own stencile with the fonts from my MSworks, but the regular computer paper, came out ragged and thought it wouldn't work very well. I thought about putting it into my computer, but, not with 12 X 12 paper! So.........it's your turn......HELP!!

Thanks
Sharon

How to print on card stock. You'll have to create a "banner" to title your page, but it's a printing option to have a decorative font. Stickers or rubons are easy and can be purchased to match your LO. Use a coupon or wait for a sale at any of the big chains.

On your computer you will need to either cut down your cardstock or buy some 81/2 by 11 that will fit in a computer for your titles.

I make titles by printing on 8.5 x 11 (either purchased that size or cut down 12 x 12). Then I cut the title out and mat it with other cardstock colors. Works well.

Hey, this is a good idea!! I would of never thought of that. This may work for my idea.

But, what about making your own single letters? Like you would buy die cuts?

Maybe I should get your ideas on what I am trying to do.

Our trip was a complete surprize for my dd, and she really was surprized. We showed up at the gate and she still didn't know where she was going. Anyway, I thought a great first page would be a great big SHHHH.... and under it kinda like a card, I would journal how we did all the planning and how surprized she was. I also thought of using a medium size minila envelope and on the outside saying "Secret Documents" and then could journal on regular paper and put it inside of the envelope.

So......how does this sound? Any other ideas?

This may be kind of weird, but I print out the title of regular copy paper then run it through my xyron and put repositionable adhesive on it. Then I stick it to the cardstock and cut each letter out. Then I peel off the copy paper and stick it on my page. It is a little time consuming but looks nice, I think!

I also will cut my 12x12 paper into strips and then run it through the ink jet printer and then piece it back together again. Hope this helps!

If you are making large letters, you can set your printer or your software program to mirror image. Then can print out your letters/words on the back of the paper and cut them out.
