or

loo - SEE - uh

or

I would probably pronounce it: LU-CHEE-YA

I don't know how the Swedes pronounce it but Italians say LOO-CHEE-YA

You may find that it's pronounced differently in different parts of the world.

My grandfather is from Sweden. I'll ask him next time I talk to him.

I think you're safe using either pronunciation posted above.
