My CM pronounced it Leh-Cell-yer

What's so funny? In Western New York, that's how we pronounce it. Leh-Cell-Yer.

We don't have accents here. My SIL works for a radio station and radio and tv newspeople from all over the US are taught to speak like we do in upstate New York because it is the most accent-free region in the country. Ok...enough with the factoid...we will now return to your regularly scheduled programming.
