I just let my chef figure that stuff out.
For me, I just scramble the eggs and cook. MIL adds milk and I don't really like them. I'm not sure why you would add milk. It just dilutes them.

Shirley is more of a Willy friend than mine. I've seen her around, but have really not gotten involved in her shenanigans for the most part.

I was taught to make them with milk, which does seem to make them a bit runny. Until Alton Brown told me to use butter only on his old show. Can't remember the name of it, but I loved that show. And I really hate to cook. So scrambled eggs with buttered pan for me only now.![]()
