How do you prebook shore excursions?

How do I prebook a shore excursion? I'm all paid up and going on the 1/29/04 Magic to the western caribbean. i didn;t book direct thru disney cruise line.

even if you booked with a TA you can call DCL directly to book your excursions in advance.

This is from the Disney Cruise website:

Shore Excursion Request

Call the Special Services Desk at (877) 566-0968
E-mail your shore excursion requests along with your name and reservation number to dcl.shore.excursions@disneycruise.com

The www.disneycruise.com site also has a listing of the excursions available if you needed to see those. Just go on line, find your itinerary and click the link for each port.

You should also get a pamphlet and fax sheet from your TA with all the excursions and codes for your Western Cruise. I received mine from my TA 2 weeks ago and we sail on the Jan 23 WOnder.

Through Disney if you want to do the Disney sponsored excursions, o ryou can book directly with the attraction/excursion. On Grand Cayman we booked a trip to Stingray City directly with the charter boat. Disney didn't allow anyone under 3 on theirs, and the charter did.

Jante hi.....I am also on the January 29th Magic Western.....(Cant wait!!!) but I called the number to Disney and booked already through them. I didnt however get any type of confirmation from them...anyone who has done this...is it normal not to get confirmation of booking an excursion????

Anyway....looking forward to our cruise.....are you bringing children and if so what ages???

Also can't wait! This is our 3rd cruise and FIRST Disney cruise. Others were on Carnival. Can't wait to begin feeling that Disney "magic". No kids, just me and DH. Have you been on other cruises with the mouse?
