How do you post attachments?

I ws wondering how you post your designs in your post? I've finally learnt how to create simple ones and wanted to share. Can someone tell me how?

I opened a free account at photobucket.com and upload the designs there (they need to be in JPEG or GIF etc. format). I copy the tag and paste into the message.
