how do you plan your parks?

Hi! Once again, I am attempting to plan a trip for my graduation. I will be going with my parents and my boyfriend.

How does everyone plan their park days? Do you plan around the extra magic hours? Or just what's important to you? Any tips?

I plan our days based on crowd level predictions when possible. Are you getting Park Hoppers?

Like Kaetra, we plan our park days based on the crowd calendars. I use easywdw.com. Since we rarely get park hoppers, we avoid morning EMHs.

If you are asking how we plan our park touring once inside the park, I make a touring plan that we use as a guide (NOT a battle plan!). I used to use touring plans.com. But in recent years have used the cheat sheets from easywdw.

We also use easywdw. We've used Josh's advice for our most recent 7 trips, and his advice has always been right on target. We used to plan by extra magic hours so that we could take advantage of the extra time just for wdw guests, but after the first trip following Josh's advice, we never went back. We choose the most recommended and highly recommended parks, and plan around them. We do buy park hoppers because it makes it easier for us to plan.

Yes we are getting park hoppers! We are only going in 2016, but I am still trying to plan as much as possible. We've had a few failed trip that didn't turn out due to family things. So i'm trying to make this one awesome as possible. I'm definitely not doing comando planning.. I'm asking everyone to pick their top 5 things that they want to do in the parks, then out of those 20, together we will pick a top 5 to do duing the day. but I am also trying to plan it where we have 1.5 days in certain parks.. so we can have more leeway..
