How do you pay CRO??

Um, this might me a dumb question, but here goes...
It will be 2 weeks this Sunday since I called CRO to schedule our next trip. I did room only for June/July 2006. I have my Grand Gatherings number. I have my confirmation number. I know how much my deposit is. BUT....CRO told me I will be getting a confirmation letter in the mail detailing the info we discussed. I did not pay for my deposit over the phone with a CC. CRO told me to mail it in within 2 weeks. I just figured there would be a letter arriving in the mail telling me where to send my check. I was planning on calling in the morning to find out what's going on.
Should I have recieved something in the mail by now?
Am I better off to just call and pay with a CC over the phone?
Is there any way I can check online to see if my ressie is there?

I would call back and check on it. We have mailed our deposits in the past as well, and we always received something pretty quickly. I would make sure they still have your reservation. Good luck!

I agree with Kirstin's Mommy..call them and make sure you still have your reservation. They gave me the address over the phone and I mailed mine out that way and then a bit later (can't remember how long) I did receive the confirmaion letter.

I received our confirmation letter within a few days of making reservation. I always pay the depost over the phone with cc then don't have to worry about mail. I agree you should call.

I called them today and they had my ressie still...but 2 things kept me from getting my confirmation letter.
First they had my incorrect mailing address (street name and town incorrect). Secondly, the first CRO CM I spoke to never hit the "print" option when she was done. Apparently nothing can get mailed until this is done.
Good thing I called, lol!
The CRO CM I spoke with today was WONDERUL (thanks Gilbert!!). He took care of everything and assured me my ressie was still there and let me pay for the deposit right then with my CC. I wasn't aware I could even pay for my deposit over the phone in my first call to CRO. She never mentioned it was an option. She just said to mail it in within 2 weeks.
He even assured me that if any special promotions come up during the time we are staying, all I have to do is call back and have it added to my current ressie!!!!
Oh, and they gave me another number to call if I have to add anything to my ressie. No more waiting on hold forever at 407-w-disney!!! WooHOO@!!!!!
