So I was thinking I want to have all my reservation numbers/dates/times/places written down so I have them handy when we need to be places and also the two days we get into MK before rope drop for BBB and Crystal palace. I dont want to just rely on my phone just in case something goes wrong. So do you write everything in a booklet and take it each day? Note cards? Or maybe a type of notebook and I can rip out the page each day with info? Maybe I need an entire planner lol

I always have an excel spreadsheet that I store all our adr's and plans in and usually just take a copy in my bag in to the parks. However, this last trip I experimented with small index cards with each days info on it. That system worked well too, even though I still retained all the info in an excel spreadsheet.

I use an app on my phone called TripIt. I love it cause it takes my reservation details from the confirmation emails, I don't have to do anything but forward the email over. I actually got the recommendation a few years ago from Pete in the Podcast.

I usually get a small notebook for the trip. I have a page or two for each day of the trip, listing FPs, ADRs, park hours, show times, etc. DH made fun of my "low tech" system, but it's so much easier to see it all at a glance, especially when my phone was giving me problems. I also wrote down any "must do's" for the day.

Then, along the way, I usually jot down notes about what we did, names of exceptional CMs, favorite foods, or any other info I want to remember specifically for scrapbooking/journaling purposes when I get home. That way, all my info is in one handy notebook. :thumbsup2

I can def see how a notebook would be easiest. Maybe I'll try and find a good planner that would work well for the week. Or a multi color type notebook with tabs or something. :)

I'm a big fan of spreadsheets on google drive. I keep all my reservations and confirmation numbers all on there. I can just pull it up on my phone in a single place.

I use index cards & put them in one of those cheap pocket photo albums for 4x6 photos. I can flip to things easily & they stay in great shape since they are in plastic sleeves.

I would have my tour plans written on them, reservations, etc.

Yup similar here. I use excel and then drop the document in dropbox. When/if something changes (and it always does) a few clicks and the document is updated.
