how do you make welcome signs

This is my first time ever posting on a board, so bare with me.
We just returned from a 7 day, and several people had these really cool signs welcoming their clan, with the Disney logo, cabin number, and characters. They used some sort of magnetic paper and downloaded this stuff from somewhere. Any info would be great as we booked another while we were onboard!
