How do you make mousepads with pictures?

I see lots of people who have shirts and mugs and mousepads with Disney pictures on them. The nicest one I saw was a picture of his family in front of the castle.

Anyone know how to make the mousepads, is there a kit or something I can buy?

If you are looking for ones that are screenprinted into the pad (ie not removable pics) I think most send away places (like Walmart) have that as a special service
