How do you make ADRs at 180 days out without knowing park hours/extra magic hours?

We moved our trip that was supposed to be Thanksgiving week to the week of Mardi Gras instead. We can make our dining reservations on Monday morning, but the park hours for our stay have not yet been posted on the WDW website. I usually reference that information to decide which park(s) we go to on which day, which also dictates where we eat. Any suggestions on how to strategize without all of the information I think we need? TIA.

Ok - Taking this convo one step further... I checked the Touring Plans calendar and I also chatted with a cast member on the WDW website. The cast member sent me the park hours through chat since they still aren't posted on the WDW website. I thought it was odd during our chat that she said that three days straight had the same exact park hours/extra magic hours. In addition, the Touring Plans calendar has different information than what the cast member gave me via chat. Which would you lean on more? TIA again.
