How do you make a planning journal?!?!

Okay, I've been reading and commenting for a little while now...and everyone has these great planning journals and links to their pages and journals etc....how do you go about making one of these, where do you post it? So confusing! Any help is welcome!

Ooh please make one!

On the top of the Weddings and Honeymoon boards there is a sub-forum called "Planning our Happily Ever After" or something similar. Then, just create a thread the same way you created this one!

Make sure you subscribe to it, though, so you don't lose track of it!
