How do you like your steak?

We're going out tonight and I'm curious how steak is most commonly ordered.

I like it juicy and I think it gets too dry when it's well done.

I like it medium, but order it medium rare because I find places tend to cook it too long.

I like my steak to be mostly pink inside (not red). I used to call this "medium" but have found that all restaurants have a different version of what "medium" is. If I order a steak at The Outback and I ask for "medium", I usually end up with a fairly rare steak. So, now I just tell them that I like it somewhat pink inside and it usually works out for me.

Depends on the restaurant. If I'm going to one that's known for 'overcooking' steak I'll order it rare. I intend on getting medium rare.
