i was just wondering how do you know if you meet room requirements?

Oh and how do you add guest that are staying at a disney resort to your minimuim room night if they are not staying at a resort in your room block??

Mona--When I was still a Wishes bride, I would just call my coordinator, or her assistant, and give them the confirmation numbers. They would put it with the group.

Your coordinator should be able to tell you if you have met your room requirements.

your planner can send you a spreadsheet of all the rooms booked in your block and all the rooms remaining, so not only will you know how many rooms, but who booked them incase there's someone else missing off the list you either know has booked and can add them, or now you know they haven't and you can bug them!

Also you can call the number direct (the number for booking rooms for wedding guests which is on your disney website) and give them your wedding party and ask them to email the spreadsheet if for some reason you can not reach your planner.
