how do you know which night to book fantasima package

Hi its heading slowwwwwwly towards my 180+10 days so I am tring get my ARD list ready.

How do you know which nights fantasia will be be on to be able to book mama melrose as part of the FF package & can you do this on line.

Also how do people know which parks will have EMH in the evening, I am trying to avoid being in these parks that night for my ards.
Is it always the same days of the week throughout the year.

Lastly, I would love to book Cali gril and Kona on days that will be showing the wishes fireworks, how do most plan this are there set days that usually have this on
