While we were in Orlando on vacation last August. We were shopping for souvenirs on 192. you will see a lot of booths offering discount tickets. All of these booths are there to solicit you for a timeshare tour and in return they offer you free tickets or money.
One guy called us over and offered of 75 dollars just to look at a property. Since it was about our 4th day in Florida and we had 3 more to go, we said sure, 75 extra dollars would be nice.
We toured Westgate Villas the following morning. They picked us up from our hotel at 7 in the morning (Comfort Suites Maingate Resort East), we went, toured, had breakfast there, my best friend bought one. At the end they gave us our money and took us to Universal which is what we were planning on doing that day.
Since my best friend bought one, we were there pretty long. We got to Universal at lunch time.
But the best part is, Me and my family are going back this year to Westgate Lakes, using the referral system from my girlfriend. We are paying 439 dollars for a 2-bedroom Villa that sleeps 8, for 6 days and 5 nites. This place was really nice, too. We also get free dinner passes and some other freebies. Don't remember.
But, in answer to your question, checkout the booths, you'll be surprised at what they'll give you to tour a timeshare.
