How do you get the shuttle

We have booked Thrifty to get us from the Airport and around WDW for a few days and will be dropping it off at Cape Canaveral. They have advised us they have a shuttle which is great.

However, I have booked Budget for the trip back to MCO mainly because they have the drop off right at the airport. (We didn't do Budget at the beginning as they are much more expensive then thrifty..I know they are off site) But for 1 day I am not worried about the extra for Budget.

Anyways my question. Does the Budget shuttle show up continuously after the ship docks? Or do I have to prearrange to be picked up??
