how do you get sparrow?

I've probably gotten more than a hundred codes and not one has been lucky. I want the sparrow suit so bad. Is there any way that increases your chance of getting it?

Not as far as I can tell. I've entered in probably close to 2500 codes or so. Just appears to be luck, as far as I can tell. Mine's all bad !
Just keep at it, maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones.
