How do you get Preferred seating vouchers for Aladdin?

Is it something only available with a package?

I have a 5 day park hopper ticket and will be staying off site for 3 days and at the Grand California for the last two days. Will I be eligible for those vouchers?

I believe it is a perk on a package purchace only

It is part of a package deal where you do the room, admission to parks, etc. At least that is what I have heard. There is a thread where people post there request for any extra unused vouchers and it is first come first served on Disneyland board even if others are going earlier.
