How do you get milk stains out?

So I go grocery shopping yesterday and little did I know that my gallon of milk leaked. I did not know until DH went out to the truck today at work and was slapped in the face with the worst smell in the world when he opened the door. And of course it was like 96 out today so that didn't help any. I soaked the spot with water, then soaked it up and then used Resolve on the stain. Problem is, the smell will not go away, and we have only had the truck for 3 weeks. Anyone know how to get the smell out? TIA

This happen to us a month ago we just got a new SUV and milk leaked , the smells was soooooooo bad. we tried Febreeze made it worse and the we just kept airing it out everyday, It went away in about a week. But it seemed if you wet it with anything it made it worse.

Ginger, let me know how the professional cleaning works. A similar thing happened to us a few weeks ago. Dh & I went to the grocery. I thought he brought the milk in and put it in our basement frig. He didn't even know I'd bought milk. Therefore no one brought the milk in and the milk soured in the jug. Discovered it 3 days later.

I took the van to the car dealership where we bought it. They put some kind of machine in the van and let it run overnight. When I got it back, it had a slight chlorine smell. It went away after a few days, and the milk smell returned! I just gave up and hung a Yankee candle car jar in it yesterday. That smell is much better!
