How do you get glitter??

I'm new here and i want to ask how do you get glitter and the tickers. I know where to go but not how to get it here. Plz tell me how to do it.

Thx a lot. I would like a golden retrever dog with a toy in his mouth with doglover in gold if you can or stich with a collar and doglover and I want to know how to make them stay on without making me type it in. Thx sooooo much micmin. Not many people would go out of there way for someone they dont even know.
