How do you get from the Pop Century to the Polynesian - PC to Poly?

How would one get to the Polynesian from Pop Century?

We'd like to get an ADR for the Kona Cafe for breakfast and not sure what getting there would entail. Also, about how long will it take?

You can take the bus to the Magic Kingdom and then the monorail to the Poly. I would leave at least 45 minutes for this trip.
