How do you get AP discount at CRT when you have to prepay?

We are dining at CRT during upcoming trip, and I saw on website that AP holders get a 10% discount. How do you get that since it is prepaid and charged to card already? Thanks!

When the waiter brings your receipt (or you can even let them know beforehand), you show your card/ID, and they will issue a refund back to the original form of payment
