How do you get a PIN sent to you?

I read some of the stickys in this forum and from what I can tell Disney selects certain guests based on demographics to send PINs to. Are there any places on line that I can sign up for that might increase my chances? Do these come to Visa card holders? If in the mail, is it clearly written that it's a coupon/PIN? How do you get them via email?

As far as we can tell it is completely random. There are code watches for just about every month for 2007 and some for 2008. You could look at those. Every time I have gotten a postcard about a week after a trip asking me to come back like the next month! Sure, no problem!
