how do you get a guide?

do you call them up? I can't go down any time soon and our next trip is with extended family at christmas... we might be able to get away for a bit, but I want to start asking questions and getting real info with real hard numbers and stuff.

We just signed up last weekend by calling on the phone. We were assigned a guide when we called. He is really nice, no pressure, but full of good info. and very patient with questions. We're very excited about our decision, and I'm going to be in WDW starting this Friday to sign the final papers.

I was in teh same situation a little over a year ago. I had some reccomend a guide and I gave him a call, He is our guide now and we love him.
