Where is the 'all of the above' option? Depending upon the recipe, we use all of it. Minced from a jar more than anything, though. I guess I'll choose that =)

DH thinks that garlic powder goes in EVERYTHING.

When I was traveling in San Francisco, I went to a fabulous restaurant that specialized in garlic. What a night! I wish I could remember the name of it.

I use both powder and fresh, but I prefer fresh. I never use garlic salt or the bottled stuff.

take ten heads and slice the top 1/3 off. pour olive oil and crack some black pepper over the. pop them them in the oven at 350 for 40 minutes.

use the roasted cloves in everything you can think of. or go fresh chopped at the end of a saute'. if you burn it, it tastes bitter.

I use garlic in everyway so I couldn't vote. For those of you who boil seafood,toss in a few heads of garlic. Eating them after they've boiled is a treat!

Anyway I can get it! I always have on hand...fresh, minced, powder, and salt. And yeah, I put it in pretty much everything but the baked goods!
